La Fortuna, Costa Rica




Just made it to La Fortuna, one of the famous place to visit in Costa Rica. We are about to dinner to go and sleep after a long traveling day. Just recharge the batteries for a day full Adventure tomorrow..!!!

      We're doing well thanks Bud! GREAT to hear from you!! Today was a beautiful sunny day here but we weren't zip lining, checking out cool sloths in trees or eating fuzzy, exotic cool looking fruits! Glad to see you honing your culinary skills and look forward to some home cooked meals ala Clay once you're back:-) Love and miss you !! xo

Day 3, The New Location

Day 2 Visit to  Sitio  De Mata   Jake :  Hi mom, hi dad!! Today we traveled long and far to the village. There were a bunch of amazing and extremely welcoming people, and made us feel at home. After that we took a tour around the village and saw some orchid farms. Dad you would have liked it because it felt like a secret place a little bit. It was kind of like a mini jungle. Day 2 Experiences by the Kids

Day 2 Zip Lining,  Arenal  and the Farm!   Bella : Helloooo ! Today we went zip lining and it was amazing! We were up so high I felt like I was going to die. Anyways, we later went to a local farm to lean about the different products here. I can’t  resmember what it was called but there was  a  a little thing that grows on trees and the seeds inside give off a  beight red pigment. We used the pigment to paint on Walkers face which was hilarious, of course I didn’t look any better. Lastly we saw a SLOTH!!!! Hopefully when I get home I will  hav  the YMCA parody Sloth Man done.
